Job Description

Person will be responsible for:

 Delivering bespoke integration and reporting services, linking technology from Carestream Dental to common systems from other leading vendors as part of customer engagements, enabling complete integrated solutions to healthcare organizations

Specific Responsibilities/Task

Include scope of role, complexity, autonomy, decision making impact, accountability, and supervisory responsibilities (if applicable)
 
Analysis: document customer requirements, define workflow, design solutions and interfaces, evaluate alternatives, define scope and level of effort to implement, prepare and qualify integration services offers, develop test plans, identify and resolve issues, collaborate with other vendors involved in integration projects

Delivery: convert requirements into specifications and units of work, complete technical steps included with product and modify to enable interoperability with related technology, develop test plans and test environments, execute unit and system test plans, identify and resolve issues, implement and document (liaising with service engineering) service strategies and procedures for validated integrated solutions.

Participate as integration and data migration expert in projects and other initiatives as required. Provide and/or channel technical expertise (with training and documentation) to selected specialists, to enable local delivery of activities that require execution of work directly at customer site.

Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position's function.
