Job Description

Latin America Region Operations and Customer Service representative.

Responsibilities:

Service billing Agent
Order Services Analyst
Customer Services and Dispatch
- Processing and monitoring in SAP the orders placed by the customers via fax, phone or e-Mail, ensuring the data are correct, and in order to achieve a high satisfaction level.

o Review documentation related to a service contract sale and responsible for it's entry into the company's systems.

o Update the data for Service Contracts on the billing systems.
o Reviewing and billing of Service Agreements for MI & HCIS equipment.

o Review and billing of services for MI & HCIS equipment not under contract for U.S.

o Verify and monitor billing done for materials and time spent on repairs.

o Review and billing of service done to equipment for U.S. MI & HCIS not under contract but are under promotion.
o Credit department requests and follow up.

o Process credits due to billing errors.

o Provide help and support to customers solving issues with their radiographic equipment and/or doubts about their accounts via e-mail, telephone or any other electronic device. Capture customers' data, account and equipment information using the proper application according to the country they contact from.
o Support Carestream Engineers who need to process an escalation with level 2 specialists on radiographic equipment.

Portuguese Speaking is a must
