Major Purpose of Role: To provide technical / administrative assistance and 1st and 2nd level support related to Carestream Dental, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, follows escalation process, Provides Licenses and Spare parts, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
IT and electronics knowledge.
Respond to queries either in E-mails or over the phone.
Provide technical / administrative assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Carestream dental equipment's software, and hardware.(Technical Issues, licensing, registrations and Spare parts )
Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical / technical customer.
Ability to learn and support new Carestream Dental systems and applications.
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. (Following internal escalation process)
Ability to understand and identify Carestream Dental electronic system / software malfunctions and operations problems.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Collect feedback from customers about Carestream products usage.
Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
