Support Service Engineer

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide full service and ongoing technical support for the complete extra-oral Carestream dental equipment portfolio within Australia and New Zealand when required.
  • Manage and maintain escalation process and issue resolution between Level 3.
  • Interface between Level 3 for all technical information flow and feedback.
  • Provide and assist with training & application support as needs basis to both Channel partners and Carestream Direct sales.
  • Assist country sales manager and regional sales representatives in pre and post sales activities.
  • Work directly with regional Service Manager on local parts management strategy for install base.
  • Manage and maintain equipment install base on the local service reporting system.
  • Collect data and generate reports on service related issues.
